Henry Emmons, MD

A highly sought-after integrative mental health speaker and consultant, Henry has developed programs for the University of Minnesota and Allina Health. He’s also the author of four highly acclaimed books, including The Chemistry of Joy.

Anastasia Sullwold Ristau, PhD

A licensed psychologist, Anastasia oversees all PrairieCare programs and psychologists as the system’s Director of Psychotherapeutics. She also works directly with children, teens, and their parents through the PrairieCare’s Center for Integrative Mental Health.

A licensed nutritionist and respected integrative nutrition expert, Carolyn has helped patients improve their mental and physical health through mindful eating for more than 25 years. She is also the co-author of The Chemistry of Joy.

Kathy Flaminio, LGSW, MSW, E-RYT 200

A licensed social worker and certified yoga instructor, Kathy teaches yoga-based sequences for self-regulation, focus, and well-being. She’s also a Teen Resiliency Program co-author; an integrative skill-based model that supports teens with anxiety, depression, and other stress-related conditions.

Lynda Richtsmeier Cyr, PhD

An integrative clinical psychologist, consultant, and clinical director of The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (CMBM), Lynda has successfully developed and implemented mind-body programs around the world. She’s also helped children and teens develop resiliency skills for more than 25 years.
